STEM tasks foster opportunities for students to be inventive in developing solutions to problems that are prevalent in the real world. Through the implementation of STEM tasks in SACS elementary schools, learners will have equitable learning environments that promote all six areas of the SACS Portrait of a Graduate, while also engaging in science content. In these STEM experiences, students will create their own pathways to invent solutions. Teachers will act as facilitators of learning to personalize the experience for all learners involved in these solution-based creations.
